Terms and Conditions

This car giveaway (“Free Draw”) is operated by Driving Test Success Limited (the “Promoter”) in association with Dayinsure.com Limited (the “Sponsor”).

Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and Sponsor are ineligible to enter the Free Draw.

The Free Draw opens at 8:00 am on 29th November 2024 and closes at 8:00 am on 16th May 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

To enter the Free Draw, entrants must:

• Generate a quote through the designated website by clicking here.
• Have the Driving Test Success Theory 4-in-1 app installed on their device and be registered for the Pass Guarantee.

Entrants must be UK residents aged 16 or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must hold either a provisional or full UK driving licence at the time of entry.

Each individual may only enter the Free Draw once. Any duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for any failure of receipt or mis-delivery of entries due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.

The prize, a Vauxhall Corsa, is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered.

A winner will be randomly selected on 16th May 2025. The Promoter will notify the winner via email and telephone.

The winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days to claim the prize. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner up to two times within this period.

Should an individual who has been contacted in line with 11 (above) fail to respond in line with 12 (above), the Promoter reserves the right to rescind the award and select a new winner at random to receive the prize.

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify the car’s specification if necessary, although efforts will be made to provide the advertised model.
• The winner is responsible for arranging their own transportation to collect the prize.
• All branded wraps/branding will be removed before the car is collected.
• The car will revert to its original number plate and include the original log book, with no private plates included.

The winner may be required to present valid identification before receiving the prize.

By entering the Free Draw, entrants consent to these terms and agree to be contacted by the Promoter or Sponsor via post, phone, email, or text for marketing purposes if they opt-in during entry. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities, including being filmed, and consents to their name and general location being used for publicity purposes. All entrants’ personal data will be handled in line with the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy of which can be found here.

Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry.
