9. Tickets are valid only for the Kendal Calling Festival 2024, which takes place between Thursday 1^st August to Sunday 4^th August at Lowther Deer Park, Hackthorpe (nr Penrith), Cumbria, CA10 2HT.
10. Winners will be chosen at random on 23^rd July 2024, after the closing date of 15^th July 2024.
11. Winners will be contacted via the email address used to enter the competition and have 48 hours to respond. If we do not hear back within this time, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner drawn.
12. If winners are unable to attend the festival their prize will be forfeited, and a new winner drawn.
13. All communications with winners will take place via email.
14. We will share each winner’s name and email address with the festival organisers to issue tickets via email.
15. Winners are not allowed to sell or trade the tickets – the tickets must be used by the winners only, accompanied by one other person of their choice.
16. Weekend tickets include camping – for full camping details refer to the Kendal Calling 2024 page. Provision of all camping equipment will be the responsibility of the winner, and is not included as part of the prize.
17. Any travel arrangements to and from the festival and travel costs will be the responsibility of the winners – there will be no contribution by Dayinsure.
18. Winners attending the festival are bound by, and must adhere to, the Kendal Calling Festival 2024 Terms and Conditions.

21. Dayinsure shall not be liable for any cancellations, technical disruptions or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any participant from participating in the ticket giveaway prize draw.
22. Winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity relating to the ticket giveaway and consent to their name being used for these purposes by Dayinsure. Any personal data provided to Dayinsure as part of this promotion will be used in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
23. The terms and conditions of this promotion are as stated within this document and do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of Dayinsure motor policies which may be purchased. No other representations (written or verbal) shall apply.
24. Applications for Dayinsure motor policies are subject to Dayinsure’s normal terms and conditions including underwriting criteria. Dayinsure reserves the right to decline any application for any policy or product at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. Individuals whose applications are rejected will not be entered into the prize giveaway.
25. Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the giveaway may result in the forfeiture of the prize and termination of the Dayinsure policy.
